Repeat triumph of the opera "Prometheus Bound" at the 4th Gymnasium of Alimos

Tuesday, May 23, 2017. And yet Greek education can triumph when there are remarkable visionaries of the level of our composer Panagiotis Karousos, and people of writing able to welcome and coordinate such an important task.
Admired great performers of the height of Vassilis Asimakopoulos (Prometheus) and Irene Konsta (Io) in roles of tragedy of idyllic beauty, as well as perfect actors such as Theodoros Brakos (Ocean / Hermes) and the magnificent pianist Victoria-Fioralpa Kajmi.
Perhaps it is the most perfect and best program that has been presented in Secondary Education for many reasons. This is a remarkable event and it must be pointed out in particular.
 Secondly, the direct participation of students announces the chorus of the Aeschylus tragedy, examples of Element, but also talks with the composer on the opera.
Third, the appreciable involvement of teachers, teachers, school counselors and school directors enriching the Seminar by offering students an overall initial teaching lesson of critical analysis of the subject.
In the approval program of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs (IEP), the project "Prometheus Bound" was preceded by the pedagogical seminar "The qualification as the link of the opera with the ancient Greek tragedy". The presentation of the seminar was attended by: Eleni Savvaki Director of the 4th Gymnasium of Alimos, the composer Panagiotis Karousos, Chrysoula Tsigri, Counselor of French Publications PI05 A Athens, Evanthia Michou, Counselor of French Publications WP05 D Athens, Dr. Anastasios Koutsoukos, a friend who co-ordinated the seminar of the Ministry of Education and the musician of the 4th Gymnasium of Alimos, Manolis Kartsakis, who helped with the impeccable presentation of the project.
The exemplary way of presenting the most important organization of Greece, the work of the ancient Greek Secretariat "Prometheus Bound", commemorates the modern Greek culture within contemporary music creation.
The Song of Aeschylus "Prometheus Bound" in translation I. Graparis, Panagiotis Karousos Music and Direction Vassilis Asimakopoulos we move to the magical world of the serious opera with the mysterious way of musical inspiration.

The unparalleled protagonist Vassilis Asimakopoulos joins the unwavering revolutionary Titan Prometheus with the sigh and the kindness of romantic love.
The Strange Voices and Scenes Eirene Consta impresses with the power of her voice and the remote reality of her interpretation.

Theodoros Brokos interpreted the role of Ocean with the rigor, and the melodic atmosphere of Hermes, which impressed spectators. The artists accompanied the outstanding pianist Victoria-Fioralpa Kazim.
